Motivation Statement

I am running because all children in Malaysia deserve to learn from a place of hope.. inside and outside of a classroom. There is nothing like the smile on a child's face when given the chance and opportunity to learn with joy, backed by the support of the community around them. The transformation of a child into a future leader of our nation is sparked by the leadership enabled by the incredible work of Teach For Malaysia. This is where I believe true nation-building begins. Every step of this 10km run, and every ounce of exhaustion I feel, is a small tribute to the resilience these children show every single day. I am pushing my own limits to help Teach For Malaysia break down the walls of education inequity. When you support my run, you are standing with these children and helping us build a brighter, more equitable future for Malaysia, one step at a time.
