Motivation Statement

Hi, I am Yean Shan. Running and sport have always been sources of personal growth for me. Over time, they taught me many life lessons- the resilience and self- commitment. But, they take on an even more meaningful purpose when they become a way to uplift others. The KLSCM Run For A Reason 2026 campaign is about more than just kilometres and finish lines. It is about celebrating the gift of movement while supporting a cause that I deeply believe in - to provide every child, regardless of their background, equal access to the quality education they deserve. . By contributing, you are not only cheering on my journey—you are helping to empower students, strengthen communities, and create brighter futures.
