Motivation Statement

This year, I’m running the Kuala Lumpur Marathon for something beyond fitness. I’m running for a purpose. 🏃‍♂️❤️ Over the past 2 decades, I’ve completed 3 Ironmans, a few half marathons, a 3:52 marathon and a 1:42 half. But these days, I’m not chasing faster times or personal records. I run to stay healthy — physically and mentally. To enjoy the journey, the surroundings, the friendships, and the camaraderie that comes with running. And this year, I want that journey to be meaningful. I’m raising funds for Teach For Malaysia, supporting their work to ensure every child has access to quality education, regardless of where they come from, education for the less fortunate. If you’d like to support the cause, I’m hoping for a minimum donation of any amount, but truly, every contribution counts.
