Motivation Statement

I run Run For A Reason (RFAR) at the Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon because every step should mean more than just crossing a finish line. Running is a privilege and I want to use that privilege to give back. I chose HOSPIS MALAYSIA because they provide compassionate palliative care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, ensuring dignity, comfort, and support for families during their most difficult moments. As a father to a daughter living with an auto-immune condition, I understand how fragile health can be and how important compassionate care truly is. Through RFAR, I turn my kilometres into hope, awareness, and support - running not just for myself, but for those who need care, comfort, and strength.
