Motivation Statement

My name is Roomai Haniff Tozen, and I am running on behalf of Teach For Malaysia because I strongly believe that education is one of the most powerful tools to break the cycle of inequality. Every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances. By supporting Teach For Malaysia, I hope to contribute—however modestly—to a movement that empowers students, strengthens communities, and builds future leaders. This run is not just a physical challenge for me, but a meaningful opportunity to stand in solidarity with educators who work tirelessly to create lasting change in our education system. I am proud to run with purpose and to support Teach For Malaysia in shaping a more equitable and hopeful future for our nation.
