Motivation Statement

Hi, I’m Yan Lim and I’m running this marathon for Teach For Malaysia because I know what it means to work hard for a chance. I grew up in poverty in a rural area, and early opportunities changed my life. Education helped me build my first business at 20 and a career in brand storytelling. Every child deserves that same shot, and Teach For Malaysia makes that possible. This run is my way of saying: I see that work, I believe in it, and I’m with you all the way.
