Motivation Statement

My journey in medicine has shown me the profound impact that access—to healthcare, to education, to opportunity—can have on a person’s life. As a surgical medical officer, I’ve seen how socio-economic barriers can limit not only health outcomes but also a person’s future. I’m motivated to join Teach For Malaysia because I believe that quality education is one of the most powerful tools we can use to break cycles of inequality.
